The Talent:
Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
Experience in a client-facing, customer success, executive support, or business coordination role.
Experience working with family businesses is advantageous.
Experience supporting sales, commercial operations, or business development functions
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Job Description
Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, forecasts, proposals, and revenue schedules.
Monitor sales pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and revenue forecasts to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Coordinate end-to-end RFP submissions and support contracting and commercial execution processes.
Prepare pipeline, revenue, and management reports to support forecasting and business reviews.
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Program Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of commercial activities.
Support revenue reporting, invoicing documentation, financial reporting, and programme status updates.
Provide proactive administrative and executive support to senior client leaders.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, client visits, travel arrangements, expenses, and executive logistics across multiple time zones.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications, maintain follow-up actions, and support client engagement initiatives.
Support business development activities, including meeting coordination, opportunity tracking, and client appreciation initiatives.
Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as required to ensure continuity of support.
