Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics)
Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits

Responsibilities
Supervise daily data center logistics operations, including rack deployment, hardware handling, reverse logistics and ticket management.
Monitor SLA and SLO performance across multiple sites and ensure service standards are achieved.
Lead, coach and develop the operations team while managing performance and staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer, safety and operational procedures.
Coordinate manpower, maintenance schedules and 5S housekeeping activities.
Attend customer meetings, resolve operational issues and prepare performance reports.
Monitor team utilization, productivity and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse or data center operations.
Diploma or Degree will be an advantage.
Proven experience leading operational teams.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, network components or data center operations will be an advantage.
Able to perform the essential operational duties safely, including handling equipment weighing up to approximately 25 kg using appropriate lifting techniques, assistance or material-handling equipment where required
Willing to travel between customer sites when required.
