Warehouse Supervisor (WMS / Inventory Control)

Location: Sunview- Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

Lead warehouse employees to achieve operational and departmental KPIs.

Ensure timely processing of inbound, outbound and stock-return activities.

Monitor employee performance and provide on-the-job training.

Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety and security requirements.

Prepare and update work processes and operational documentation.

Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.

Update stock returns and closeout items in the Warehouse Management System.

Generate and analyse inventory reports to maintain stock accuracy.

Communicate with customers and transporters on operational and service matters.

Highlight warehouse irregularities and operational risks to the Operations Manager.

Support process improvement and warehouse efficiency projects.

Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, at least three years of experience leading warehouse employees.

O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Able to generate and analyse inventory and operational reports.

Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
