Position: Driver cum Operations Assistant
Location: Marymount
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities across the head office and learning centres.
Liaise with landlords, building management and contractors on maintenance, safety and building-related matters.
Coordinate servicing or replacement of air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV systems and fire-safety equipment.
Provide basic technical support for Interactive Whiteboards, visualisers, projectors and laptops.
Coordinate furniture and equipment deliveries and the setup of internet, telephone and NETS services for new centres.
Assist with sourcing and purchasing office equipment, computers and laptops and obtain suitable quotations where required.
Print, collate, pack and deliver learning materials to centres in a timely manner.
Support the packing, movement and arrangement of furniture and equipment during centre relocations, events, seminars and workshops.
Maintain proper records relating to equipment, maintenance and centre-support activities.
Perform other related facilities and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Nitec or equivalent technical qualification.
At least two years of working experience; prior experience in facilities, maintenance, technical support or a related environment would be advantageous.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
Basic troubleshooting skills for office, AV or IT equipment would be advantageous.
Comfortable coordinating with contractors, landlords and external service providers.
Able to perform hands-on duties including packing, delivery and movement of equipment and furniture.
Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Organised and able to support multiple locations when required.
