Position: Freight Operations Executive

Location: Marine Parade / Parkway Parade

Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,400 Monthly Basic Salary + 13th Month AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.

Prepare, process and maintain relevant shipping and freight documentation.

Liaise with customers, carriers, freight partners and internal teams on shipment arrangements and operational matters.

Monitor shipment progress and follow up on outstanding documentation or operational issues.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records in the relevant systems.

Handle filing, scanning and general document management.

Support the team with daily freight-forwarding and administrative activities.

Perform other related operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics would be advantageous but is not required.

Candidates without prior freight-forwarding experience may be considered, with training provided.

Comfortable handling shipping documentation, data entry and administrative duties.

Organised and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in document handling.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters promptly.

Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
