Responsibilities
Follow all operating procedures and processes.
Coordinate with customers and transporters on daily issues.
Plan orders for shipment delivery and collection.
Prepare data and reports accurately.
Assist with cycle counting.
Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are completed on time.
Check and submit shipment documents accurately.
Support process improvements.
Report receiving issues or discrepancies to the Executive.
Perform outbound transactions.
Process receiving transactions in the WMS.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Singaporean only.
Candidates with relevant studies but no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
