Position: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Boon Lay Way - 2 Bus Stops from Jurong East MRT Station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,500–S$3,500 per month
Benefits: 15 days’ annual leave + AWS and discretionary performance bonus

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate local and/or international shipment arrangements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
Prepare and check shipping documents and delivery information.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates.
Maintain accurate shipment records and support other logistics-related duties.
Requirements
Experience in shipment coordination or logistics operations is preferred.
Knowledge of Incoterms is advantageous but not essential.
Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple parties.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
