Working Hours: 8 Hours (Rotating Shifts)
Day Shift
• Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
• Saturday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Night Shift (Additional $7/night shift allowance)
• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday: Off
Job Responsibilities
Accurate data entry into WMS system
Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
Manage warehouse documentation and filing
Support daily picking, packing, and logistics operations
Assist with permit declarations and import/export documentation
Support customs clearance coordination and shipment compliance
Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of warehousing/logistics experience
Familiar with WMS or inventory management systems
Experience in permit declarations, import/export processes, and documentation handling is an advantage
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Singaporeans only
