Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end processing and evaluation of assistance schemes targeted at supporting lower-income and vulnerable households.

Conduct comprehensive database screenings to verify if applicants are currently receiving active assistance or similar financial aid from other cross-agency networks to prevent duplication of support.

Investigate, manage, and review complex appeal profiles or application cases flagged with errors within the automated processing flow.

Cross-examine submitted structural evidence, verify details against official document records, and resolve discrepancies independently.

Formulate clear, objective, and evidence-backed case assessment briefs to present to Approving Officers for final endorsement.

Monitor, audit, and track real-time scheme application numbers and clearance rates to ensure operational timelines are met.

Execute general administrative duties, case file management, and ad-hoc public service duties as assigned by the center manager.

Requirements:

Recognized Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Social Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, or Public Administration will be highly regarded).

Prior baseline experience or internships in casework, case management, counseling support, or the broader social service sector .

Proficient in general administrative computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and navigating custom tracking portals).

Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses a genuine interest in supporting national welfare initiatives for vulnerable persons.
