Position: Junior Sales Account Manager (Semiconductor | Industrial)

Location: Ubi

Working hours: 5 days | Monday to Friday, office hours

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$6,000 basic + S$80 phone allowance, S$800 transport allowance and attractive performance-driven sales commission + AWS + 14 to 21 days annual leave + Medical GP and dental claims upon confirmation

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow customer accounts within semiconductor, wafer-fab equipment and related industrial sectors.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with engineering, R&D, procurement and management stakeholders.

Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable fluidics solutions, including fittings, manifolds, flow sensors, hoses and chemical-delivery modules.

Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, customer meetings, quotations, technical proposals, negotiations and account follow-up.

Work closely with internal applications, product and engineering teams to deliver customised solutions.

Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline updates and customer activity records.

Requirements

At least 2 years of B2B technical sales, account management or business-development experience in semiconductor, electronics, industrial equipment, automation or a related industry.

Interest in developing a career in semiconductor technical sales and strategic account management.

Comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, commercially motivated and able to work towards sales targets.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to handle business correspondence, quotations, service updates and follow-up communication with an existing group of customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
