Responsibilities
Assist customers with choosing suitable car rental plans via walk-ins and phone enquiries.
Recommend add-on services.
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
Handle enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
Experience in customer service or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Location: Tampines
Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)
Salary: $14/hr + comms
