Accounts & HR Executive (Payroll / Work Pass)

Location: Orchard – Ngee Ann City

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $5,500 per month + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Join an established professional-services environment in a broad-based role covering accounts, payroll and HR operations. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy handling a mix of finance and people-related responsibilities, with exposure across accounting, recruitment and work-pass administration.

Main Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting duties including AP, AR, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations.

Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate accounting records.

Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions for approximately 20 employees.

Support recruitment activities, interview coordination and preparation of employment documents.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.

Handle work-pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM submissions.

Maintain employee records, leave and HR documentation.

Provide general HR and administrative support when required.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts, payroll or HR operations.

Hands-on exposure to payroll, CPF, recruitment and work-pass administration is preferred.

Must have experience using Xero accounting software.

Basic accounting knowledge in AP, AR and bank reconciliation.

Full-set accounting and GST experience will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
