Executive (Operations & Administration) | Up to $3,500/Month | 6-Month Contract

Salary: @$3500/month
Working Hours:
Mon to Thur: 9.00am - 6.30pm
Fri: 9.00pm - 6.00pm
Hybrid work arrangement: At least 1 WFH day per week
Job Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for instructor training, coach development and other unit-organised training programmes and events.
Coordinate programme administration, including schedules, participant information, certifications, documentation and other logistical requirements.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update training databases, manage filing systems and support e-Registry requirements.
Coordinate the allocation and upkeep of training facilities, equipment and resources, including inventory management of training materials, office supplies and unit assets.
Support financial and budget administration, including expenditure tracking, documentation and compliance with relevant government financial processes and requirements.
Prepare, consolidate and maintain data, reports, presentations and administrative records using Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration, programme management, finance or accounting, preferably within an education or training environment.
Good financial literacy and ability to support budget and financial administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, document management systems and records.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools will be advantageous.
