Visitor Service Associate (Healthcare)
???? Location: Woodlands
???? Salary: $2,000 to $2,600
? Shift A: 730am to 430pm & 930am to 630pm
? Shift B: 930am to 630pm & 1230am to 930pm
?Shift C: 1030pm to 730am
(5 days per week incl. weekends & PH)
Job Scope
Assist visitors & patients with registration (kiosk/AVMS)
Provide directions and general assistance
Manage crowd control at gantry/lobby
Handle basic enquiries and visitor access
Perform simple data entry & system updates
Ensure equipment is working properly
Support safety screening when required
Assist with wheelchair transfers when needed
Requirements
?? No experience required – training provided
?? Friendly & service-oriented
?? Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
?? Basic computer skills
?? Min N Level
