The Opportunity: Admin & Ops Manager, Education Programmes(Central, Up 6,000)
Our Client, Premier Local Educational Institution
Location: Kent Ridge
Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)
1 month completion bonus
2 year contract (Renewable) - Can convert with good performance
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (some Weekends may be required however OIL/Off will be given)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the effective administration and delivery of existing Graduate Diploma programmes and healthcare training courses.
Support the implementation of new programmes and professional development initiatives commissioned by healthcare agencies and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth programme operations, including learner support, scheduling, assessments, examinations, and programme reporting.
Co-lead the development of new Graduate Diploma programmes and healthcare training courses.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, faculty members, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to design and implement relevant educational offerings.
Support programme approvals, implementation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support efforts to expand programme offerings across different healthcare professions and disciplines.
Contribute to the growth of Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes and revenue-generating educational initiatives.
Identify and develop new outreach, marketing, and publicity channels to attract prospective learners and sustain programme enrolment.
Explore and evaluate suitable virtual learning platforms.
Support the progressive implementation of online and blended learning formats for selected programmes and courses.
Work with stakeholders to enhance learner engagement through technology-enabled learning solutions.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management support to facilitate staff development and growth. (Team of 4)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in programme administration, education management, training operations, or the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
Prior supervisory experience with responsibility for staff management and development is a must. (up to a team of 4)
