Responsibilities:

·        Promote & sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.

·        Manage sales documentation, including Contracts, Quotations, orders.

·        Coordinate with the customer service and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

·        Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Attend to customer inquiries and to resolve customers issues promptly and effectively.

·        Develop interest and understanding of the company's product offerings.

·        To analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.

·        Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.

·        Perform any additional work duties as assigned by the Management team.

Requirements:

·        Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry with proven track record.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·        With a positive, determined, and proactive work attitude.

·        Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
