Technical Service Manager (Kitchen Equipment / Maintenance)
Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Monthly Salary Up to S$6,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and technical support.
Monitor service jobs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
Handle customer service matters and technical escalations.
Manage service-related spare parts and inventory requirements.
Coach and develop service team members.
Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.
Requirements:
ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant technical service or maintenance experience.
Technical service experience in commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, foodservice equipment, machinery or related electrical/mechanical equipment.
Commercial kitchen equipment experience will be an advantage.
Able to travel to customer sites; Class 3 driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.
