Role Scope

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT technical, project or operations roles.

Working knowledge of Networking, System Administration and Cyber Security principles to support IT system management, operations and maintenance.

Gather and analyse business/user requirements and translate them into appropriate technology solutions.

Work with technical teams and vendors to define solutions, KPIs and service outcomes.

Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, deployment, testing and change management.

Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.

Support 24/7 IT operations, maintenance, compliance and system renewal activities.

Manage IT Managed Services and monitor vendor performance against agreed requirements.

Monitor system/service performance, investigate issues and support operational improvements.

Review and enhance business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective IT service delivery.
