The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established organization within the education sector, and we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to support its Singapore operations, with a focus on CAPEX and indirect procurement, RFQ and tender management, supplier negotiation and cost optimisation.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Central Region

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours (fully on-site)

Salary Package: Up to $5,000

The Job:

Manage end-to-end RFQ and tender exercises, from planning and specification review through evaluation, negotiation and contract award.

Handle CAPEX procurement for facilities, infrastructure, equipment and upgrading projects.

Manage indirect categories such as facilities services, IT, professional services and corporate requirements.

Partner internal stakeholders to establish requirements, budgets, timelines and evaluation criteria.

Conduct supplier sourcing, market benchmarking and commercial evaluations.

Prepare recommendation papers and negotiate pricing and contractual terms to achieve cost savings.

Monitor supplier performance, contract utilisation and opportunities for further cost optimisation.

The Talent:

* Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.

* At least 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing or category-management experience.

* Strong hands-on experience managing RFQs and formal tender exercises end to end.

* Prior exposure to CAPEX and indirect procurement is preferred.

* Proven ability to evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and deliver cost savings.

* Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skills.

* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple procurement exercises independently.
