Admin Assistant (Office Relocation/ Gov/ Up to $4.2k)
Contract: 12 months
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: $2800 - $4200
Gain hands-on exposure to office renovation and relocation projects from planning to execution.
Work closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and building management teams.
Develop project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Office Renovation & Relocation
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of office renovation and relocation projects.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, facilities teams, building management, IT vendors, and service providers.
Monitor project timelines, budget tracking, and related documentation.
Coordinate office move activities, including workspace setup, asset movement, and operational readiness.
Assist with post-relocation follow-up and issue resolution.
Corporate Operations
Provide administrative and operational support across corporate functions:
Procurement
Office and facilities management
General administration
Coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
Support corporate projects, events, and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related fields.
Experience in corporate administration, office management, facilities management, procurement, finance administration, or related functions.
Prior experience supporting office renovation, fit-out, or relocation projects will be advantageous.
