Oversee regional shipping operations, including managing and guiding 2 direct reports.
Prepare and manage import and export documentation.
Handle cross-trade and transshipment documentation.
Coordinate shipment and supply chain activities between suppliers and customers.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment arrangements.
Ensure all shipping and trade documentation is accurate, complete and submitted within the required timelines.
Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required.
