Food Manufacturing Production Administrator [Costing / Wastage records / QC]
Culinary Administrator
Location: JTC Bedok Food City, Bedok North Avenue 4, Singapore 489950
Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: $2,300-$2,800 + PB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing.
Experience handling recipes, ingredient costing and production data will be an advantage.
