HR Payroll Officer (US MNC/ 1year, North / Up to $3850)

Work with US MNC within Semiconductor industry

Monday - Friday: 830am-530pm

North - Woodlands

1 year contract - can renew/convert

Salary: up to $3850

At least 1 year experience in payroll administration, preferably handling end-to-end payroll

Good understanding of CPF, tax regulations, and statutory payroll requirements

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information with integrity

Proactive, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines

Job Description

Manage end-to-end time and attendance processing, ensuring accurate data capture, validation, and payroll system integration.

Execute monthly payroll and off-cycle payroll runs accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Process employee exit-related payroll activities, including final salary payments, leave encashment, and overtime payouts.

Administer severance payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance forms for foreign employees.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and Employee Relations teams to resolve outstanding balances and payroll-related matters.

Provide payroll reports and insights to Treasury and Finance teams to support month-end activities.

Respond to employee payroll enquiries via email, phone, and ServiceNow within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
