Job Responsibilities
Replenish and arrange merchandise neatly on store shelves.
Ensure products are sufficiently stocked, correctly priced and properly displayed.
Monitor product condition, quality and expiry dates.
Assist customers with product enquiries and provide helpful recommendations.
Receive deliveries and assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness and good housekeeping standards.
Support daily store operations and carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor.
Job Requirements
No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
Comfortable carrying and arranging stock.
Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
Must be comfortable working rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on the duty roster.
Working Hours
6-day rotating shift work week.
1 scheduled rest day per week, arranged by the Store Manager.
Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Candidates must be able to rotate between both shifts.
