Operations Executive (3PL warehouse experience/East/Fixed Afternoon Shift)
Roles & Responsibilities (Fixed afternoon shift)
- Responsible for overseeing the department's operations
- Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
- Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
- Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
- Meetings with customers
- Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
- Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
- Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
- Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior
Requirements:
Relevant experience in 3PL warehouse operations and staff management
Good communication skills
Able to perform work with minimal supervision
Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities
