Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare professionals, clinics, and relevant business partners.

Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

Drive sales performance by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

Effectively present and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.

Conduct product training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and business partners.

Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.

Gather market feedback and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning and offerings.

Establish and grow strategic partnerships with key clients to support long-term business growth.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries while providing appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or skincare-related industries.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of dermatology, orthopaedics, supplements, or aesthetic medicine will be advantageous
