Inside Sales Executive (E-commerce/Marketplace)
Location : Ubi Crescent
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross of Up To $4000 or more (Basic Up to $3,200 + Commission) + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Dental + Staff Discounts

Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads via phone, email and online channels
Maintain existing customer accounts and support outreach to potential B2B customers
Update online product listings, prices and stock availability
Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
Follow up with customers on orders and delivery updates
Maintain basic sales records and inventory reports
Use digital tools to support daily sales and administrative tasks
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, customer service or e-commerce operations
Good communication, customer service and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using online platforms
Willing to learn digital and AI tools
Interest in pets and pet products is an advantage
