Customer Service Officer (up to $2900 / Central / Govt)

Opportunity

Salary: Up to $2900

Contract: 12 months

Working location: Central

Working hours: Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Gain hands-on experience in customer service and feedback management within a professional office environment.

Develop stakeholder communication skills through interactions with both internal and external parties.

Job Scope

Handle customer enquiries and feedback through phone calls and emails.

Coordinate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve feedback cases effectively.

Maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and support ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

Diploma qualification and above.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a positive working attitude
