We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Coordinator
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Excellent interactive and communication skills.
Experience in customer service.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving licence to support vehicles operations during inspection/handover activities
Job Description
Oversee the registration process for drivers.
Handle the physical inspection and handover of vehicles to both internal and external parties.
Resolve on-ground disputes with drivers.
Prepare driver handbooks and disseminate information to drivers.
Perform data entry tasks and inventory stock checks.
Assist in ad hoc activities and gather driver feedback.
