Opportunity to join a Government Agency specialising in R&D!

Yearly contract renewals HR Operations Executive (Benefits/ Govt/ Up to $2.6k)

Salary: Up to $2,600 with completion bonus

Location: One North

Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm

Job Description


Oversee and handle staff benefits-related issues, such as calculating leave quotas and managing insurance or transport applications enrollments and cancellations.

Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of data in the HR system.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports and statistics to Payroll for payment processing and recovery.

Manage external vendors and assess the benefits reports they submit.

Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance productivity and streamline processes, as well as assist in reviewing SOPs.

Propose and implement improvements to workflows, including system upgrades, to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide timely advisory and customer service to colleagues while fostering stronger partnerships with stakeholders.

Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements


Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Preferably 1 year of relevant experience

Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
