The Job:

Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment.

Handle employee matters across the lifecycle, including onboarding, movements, and exit processes.

Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve recruitment workflows, HR processes, and employee experience.

Contribute to cross-functional projects - from process streamlining to workforce initiatives and beyond.

The Talent:

At least 3-5 years of hands-on HR operations experience

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Organised, adaptable, and excited to take on HR projects that create real impact.
