Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs that support the organization’s goals and growth.


Talent Management: Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle—recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, and retention.


Policy Development: Design, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures to support operational effectiveness.


Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and payroll programs.


Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive employee engagement, handling of grievances, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.


Payroll and HR MIS: Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely payments, and maintain HR information systems.


HR Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient workflows and providing strategic direction.


Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and manpower planning.


Reporting & Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.


Organizational Culture: Champion initiatives that build a strong, positive company culture aligned with business values and goals.




Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification is required.


Strong strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to align HR practices with business needs.


Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing HR teams.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends for informed decision-making.


Deep knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, and talent management.
