HR Generalist Required in Singapore


Job Description

This role supports the HR Manager in delivering end-to-end HR and administrative functions, with key responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation.


We are working with a well-established multinational organization in the maritime sector to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This role supports the HR Manager in delivering end-to-end HR and administrative functions, with key responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation.


The role:


Support HR Manager across all HR and admin functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Handle full-cycle recruitment and drive employer branding initiatives.

Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processing in compliance with Singapore regulations.

Administer performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement activities.

Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and terminations.

Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HR systems.

Support government-related HR matters such as surveys, grants, and statutory claims.

Assist in reviewing and implementing HR and admin policies and procedures.

Collaborate with managers on HR planning and organizational development.


Requirements:


3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a full-spectrum HR Generalist role.

Solid understanding of Singapore employment legislation and work pass regulations.

Experience in a multinational company environment is an advantage.
