Perm HR Executive - Healthcare - Up to $4000
Responsibilities:
Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process
Facilitate on-boarding of new employees
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws
Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection
Review and execution of HR policies and procedures
Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators
Participate in projects as assigned
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of related HR experience
Conversant with Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices
Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
Familiar with work pass requirement and application
A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
