Job Description
Process cases accurately and on time, following procedures and service standards
Handle recruitment-related tasks and HR admin support
Ensure compliance with current HR policies
Meet KPIs and SLAs consistently
Communicate clearly and work proactively
The Talent
Min. 1-2 years of HR experience preferred (relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Strong communication skills for collaboration
