The Opportunity


Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology organization to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant.

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Singapore GM and regional leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective calendar and travel coordination, and seamless execution of leadership events and meetings.

You will play a critical role in supporting senior stakeholders, managing logistics across multiple functions, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Candidates with strong experience supporting C-level or senior executives in multinational environments will be highly valued.

Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred as well.

The Talent


Minimum 8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in an MNC environment

Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint

Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and executive scheduling experience

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative accuracy

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when interacting with senior leaders

Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams

Job Description


As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership while ensuring operational coordination across the team.


Your responsibilities include:


Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate scheduling for leadership and team events

Event Coordination: Support internal meetings, team offsites, town halls, and corporate hospitality events including venue sourcing and logistics planning

Expense Management: Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for senior leaders and review expense submissions across the broader team

Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for leadership including flights, accommodation, and itinerary management

Procurement Support: Assist with raising purchase orders and coordinating related administrative requirements

Onboarding Coordination: Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including technology setup and first-day readiness

Operational Support: Assist leadership with administrative requests and ad-hoc coordination tasks as required

Team Coordination: Support leadership events and large team meetings, including hybrid or virtual engagements when necessary
