HR Assistant Manager #NKC

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, including personnel records, attendance, leave, and office administration


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employment contracts, and staff transfers


• Provide HR advice and support on policies, performance, employee relations, and workplace issues


• Plan and coordinate employee engagement, welfare, and development programs, including training initiatives


• Administer payroll, benefits, statutory contributions, and assist in salary reviews and HR budget preparation


• Supervise administrative staff, manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and support company events


• Prepare HR and admin reports, support audits, and participate in process improvement or system upgrade projects
