Responsibilities:

Manage and administer ATS and HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and learning platforms (data integrity, user access, adoption tracking).

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across assigned regions.

Ensure employment contracts, probation confirmations, and documentation are properly administered.

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, intranet and across all HR databases.

Coordinate with payroll vendors/finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submissions.

Manage work pass documentation (where applicable).

Support HR policy communication and implementation.

Identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Support HR transformation initiatives (system migration, policy harmonisation, KPI framework implementation).

Assist in planning regional events (townhalls, festive events, long service awards, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HRM experience.

Experience in regional HR portfolios preferred.

Familiar with HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and ATS systems are preferred.

Strong knowledge of labour regulations.

Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / HR analytics reporting.
