As a Senior HR Executive (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collaborate with business units to oversee the full employee lifecycle
Act as the primary point of contact for HR and people-related advisory support
Assist with workforce planning and resourcing to align with departmental requirements
Work closely with Heads of Department on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention efforts
Evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
