As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties


In charge of recruitment for company’s hiring requisites, including preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, performing reference and background checks and maintain documentation.


Serve as the main contact for HR-related queries, company policies and maintaining updated employee’s personnel files and documentation updates.


Administer leave records and track employee entitlements including GPLC / NS leave entitlements, maintain panel insurance for employees and facilitation of grants applicable.


Manage onboarding process for new internal hires including orientation week and company wide stand up training or briefing.


Act as the appointed DPO for the organization and oversee data handling processes, privacy policies, and breach response procedures.


Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) which includes maintaining documentation, SOPs, risk registers, and corrective action plans.


Coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.


HR Shared Services Support to consultants that include interview and onboarding coordination


Supervise a team of two assistants to ensure seamless delivery in processes for set KPIs and provide guidance and training to support team development.


Liaison with candidates on onboarding requirements ,documentation and provide advisory support on documentation, compliance, onboarding guidance.


Collate and verify professional licenses and supporting documents and ensure timely submission of onboarding documents to clients.


Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities and/or clients.


Prepare ,tabulate monthly contractor payroll, verify timesheets, payment calculations, and statutory deductions.


Maintain accurate payroll and leave records and ensure timely payment to contractors


Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience
