HR Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

HR Executive (Manufacturing)


Location      : North East – Tai Seng Drive  


Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm 


Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to $5,000 + Up  to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits


Duration      : Permanent


Industry      : Manufacturing  




Main Responsibilities:


Draft/review/update HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook; ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and rollout updates.


Coordinate performance management: probation confirmation, mid-year/year-end appraisals, documentation and letters (confirmation/increment where applicable).


Handle end-to-end monthly payroll: attendance/OT/no-pay leave adjustments, payroll queries, statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A/IR21 where applicable) and benefits/claims.


Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.


Maintain employee records and support general HR operations/ad-hoc HR projects.




Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or related.


Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience covering policy, appraisal, payroll and recruitment.


Familiar with Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements.


Comfortable using HRIS/payroll systems; strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
