Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth and timely HR service delivery.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce plans.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct search.

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Support offer preparation and onboarding handover.

Utilize Unit4 Prosoft HRIS and ATS platforms to create and manage job requisitions, track candidate pipelines and hiring stages, maintain accurate recruitment data and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HRM experience.

Experience in regional HR portfolios preferred.

Familiar with HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and ATS systems are preferred.

Strong knowledge of labour regulations.

Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / HR analytics reporting.
