Job Description

Our client is a boutique HR outsourcing company in Singapore. They help businesses — from lean startups to established SMEs — simplify payroll, navigate work pass requirements, and build HR operations that actually work.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on HR Consultant / Specialist to join us full-time. You'll be the operational backbone across payroll processing, work pass management, and day-to-day HR services for a portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing role — you'll be the person our clients call when something needs sorting, and the person who keeps things running cleanly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Payroll Operations Manage end-to-end payroll processing for client accounts — accurate, on time, and fully compliant with CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
  • Work Pass Management Handle EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations. Stay current on MOM regulations so clients don't have to.
  • HR Operations Support onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and deliver general HR services across the client portfolio.
  • Client Advisory Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries. Provide clear, practical guidance — not jargon — and flag issues before they become problems.
  • Compliance Keep all HR practices aligned with Singapore employment law, MOM guidelines, CPF Board requirements, and IRAS regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and work pass management in Singapore
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll software — e.g., Talenox, Payboy, QuickHR, or InfoTech
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Clear communicator — comfortable dealing directly with clients and employees
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines without being chased

Working Arrangement

  • Primarily remote, with regular visits to client sites (including Tuas Crescent area)
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing team support
