HR Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.


Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.


Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies to attract qualified candidates.


Coordinate and facilitate interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes.


Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.


Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


2. Client Management & Business Development Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing and recruitment requirements.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.


Understand clients' business needs and provide suitable manpower solutions and recruitment recommendations.


Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and ongoing engagement.


Support business growth initiatives through client acquisition, account management, and market intelligence gathering.


Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to strengthen business partnerships.


3. HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.


Administer day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, claims processing, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.


Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.


Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.


Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and workforce-related analytics.
