AP ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED! | IMMEDIATE | EAST

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

$3000-$3400 per month

Start ASAP for a MINIMUM of 3 to 6 months – Convertible to perm

Job Description :- 

- Handle the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable function

- Ensure invoices are coded accurately, approved and posted timely

- Provide cash flow forecast for AP payment

- Generate payment on weekly and ad-hoc basis

- Perform Vendor & Interco statement reconciliation

- Vendor Master data creation and maintenance

- Follow up on long outstanding unpaid invoices, accruals and issues

- Communicate with operations and vendors to resolve payment matters

- Prepare Withholding tax and GST reports and assist in Tax filing to IRAS

- Attend to queries from external vendors and auditors

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements :- 

- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification

- AP experience or relation experience in procure-to-pay

- Good logic in financial accounting and internal control

- Highly motivated, responsible and task-oriented

- Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Competent in SAP and MS Excel
