Responsibilities :-
• Provide professional customer service, administrative and clerical support.
• Provide timely response to customer feedback and enquiries. (Engage with customer and ensure follow up is made)
• Manage customer renewals, includes relevant paperwork for contract renewals.
• Assist to follow up with outstanding receivables.
• Assist in general administrative duties.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director.
Requirements :-
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer service oriented
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Proactive, meticulous, organized, and willingness to learn
• Proficient in MS office applications (Eg, Outlook, Excel, Words)
• With minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Min. GCE O Levels qualification /Nitec/Diploma required
• Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and colleagues
