Responsibilities :- 

• Distribution of promotion catalogues to overseas customers via emails

• Follow up & attending to customers sales enquiries and complaints

• Arrangement of export shipment with cargo agent

• Generate & process export invoice documents

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
