Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar
• Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers
• Record daily transaction for all services performed
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters
• Provide professional customer support and interacting with them on a professional level
• Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.
Requirements :-
• Pleasant and service oriented personality
• Must be computer literate, e.g. MS office.
• No work experience required (Training will be provided)
• 5.5 days’ workweek (Off 1.5 days weekdays)
Shift 1: Monday to Thursday- 10.00am to 7.00pm /11.00am to 8.00pm
Shift 2: Friday-Sunday- 12pm to 9pm (rotating shift)
Able to work on retail hours
Basic salary + personal sales commission
