Sales Coordinator Required in Singapore


Job Description

Our client is a global luggage manufacturer and retailers. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.


Responsibilities:


Accurately and efficiently process all customer orders and sales loan requests in SAP.


Monitor and coordinate order status to ensure timely processing, invoicing, and delivery.


Provide operational support to Sales & Marketing teams during events, promotions, roadshows, and redemption programs, ensuring smooth execution and prompt order closure.


Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to expedite and secure on-time deliveries to customers.


Liaise across departments to resolve matters related to pricing, stock availability, product transfers, returns, invoicing, credit notes, and quality issues.


Manage and process product returns and loan closures promptly with proper documentation.


Attend to customer enquiries professionally, including questions on stock availability, delivery status, feedback, and complaints.


Requirements:


Possess a tertiary education qualification.


Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience; experience in retail or distribution is an added advantage.


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with SAP (Supply Chain).
