Our client is a leading channel partner for games and entertainment software in Asia. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior HR Manager to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
~ Lead the full spectrum of HR, administrative, and facility functions.
~ Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
~ Effectively communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
~ Manage complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
~ Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement.
~ Drive the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers for successful staffing.
~ Contribute to the design and implementation of training and development programs.
~ Identify opportunities for career growth and succession planning.
~ Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
~ Conduct periodic compensation and benefits surveys for market competitiveness.
~ Support the performance management process, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.
~ Provide guidance on performance-related matters to managers and employees.
~ Generate HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
~ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain employee records.
~ Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations for HR practice compliance.
~ Assist in investigations and audits related to HR matters.
~ Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements :-
~ Degree in Human Resources or related
~ Relevant experience
